We tailor your exercise routines based on your frequency preference, offering 3 to 5 workouts every 4 weeks focused on the progressive overload technique. Whether you're training for muscle gain, fat loss, or functional fitness, our personalized approach adapts to your needs.

Join our community for weekly group calls, and if there is a large enough group, access to our Facebook group. If the group is small, we will conduct 1-on-1 calls to check in on your progress. We provide comprehensive nutrition coaching, including nutritional breakdowns, daily habits, and guidance on making healthier choices at restaurants. Additionally, we offer mock menus and recipes for healthier eating with quicker prep times, plus I provide my favorite healthy recipes for free.

At Valentine Fitness and Nutrition, we offer a comprehensive 12-week program designed to help you lose up to 10lb of fat or gain 5 to 10lb of muscle, all while increasing your energy levels and simplifying your nutrition and workouts. Our plan features 3 to 5 tailored workouts each week, introducing a new workout every four weeks that utilizes the powerful progressive overload technique to ensure continuous improvement.

Join our weekly group call updates, and if our group is small, I’ll provide personalized 1-on-1 calls or chats to monitor your progress. I’m here to support you, whether through form checks via video or answering your questions through email or our dedicated Facebook group.

In addition to training, I provide nutrition coaching, complete with daily actions and habits that help you make healthier choices. I can assist you in making informed decisions at restaurants, offer mock menus and quick-prep recipes to promote healthier eating, and share my favorite healthy recipes as a bonus.

Your workouts will be personalized to your fitness experience and individual goals, be it muscle gain, fat loss, or functional fitness. As an added convenience, I provide a personal chef system, sending you five recipe links each Friday along with a grocery list for easy and nutritious meals. Plus, I will host a Zoom session to demonstrate how to quickly prepare one of these healthy meals.
