With 3 to 5 tailored workouts per week, updated every 4 weeks using the progressive overload technique, we ensure your training evolves with you. Participate in weekly group calls and connect with our exclusive Facebook group or enjoy personalized 1-on-1 coaching for tailored support in your journey.

Receive guidance on form through submitted videos, and get answers to your questions via email or our Facebook group. I also offer nutrition coaching with detailed nutritional breakdowns and daily actions to meet your goals, alongside meal strategies for dining out.

Our workouts are customized to your gym experience and fitness goals, whether it's muscle gain, fat loss, or functional fitness. Enjoy my additional personal chef system, where you'll receive easy-to-follow recipes and grocery lists every Friday, along with a weekly Zoom demo to help you cook healthy meals quickly.

Hi, I’m Chef Carey Valentine, and I’m here to help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals with the same passion and dedication I’ve used to help elite athletes optimize their performance and health. With 14 years of experience as a chef, including 8 years as a personal chef, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best athletes in the world, including players from the NHL, NBA, MLB, and ATP. During this time, I’ve focused on creating performance-based meals that fuel the body for peak performance while promoting overall health and wellness.

As a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve taken my expertise from the kitchen to the gym, combining my love for cooking with my knowledge of exercise science and nutrition.
